So I have an online shop as well as a small shop where I live. The shop is doing well but I really need the website to help in the quieter times. After nearly 4 years of constantly trying to better things I just can't seem to hit the spot.
95% of revenue comes from my Facebook page and the maximum amount of time people spend on the site is about 2 minutes. So people tend to see something on Facebook, follow the link and buy it. While this is good I really need to attract more people to the website and to see other things to add to their basket that they weren't planning on.
Any ideas for what could be improved please let me know. I think I'm finding it hard to see the site through customers eyes at the moment as I'm getting disheartened!
Of course I am so grateful for my loyal customers, I just want it to be more appealing to that people want to buy lots of things
