When it comes to my ideas, I rarely know where to start or who to talk to. I have an idea for a job board. What should I be searching for? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I want to create a niche job posting site, specifically for freelance writing/contract work. (I don't really want to reveal my niche right now, but it's not terribly broad nor terribly narrow.) Employers in my niche would post jobs they need a writer for, writers could apply for it, it's all good.

I know there is software out there to help you create job boards, but I don't know that that's applicable for me.

I'd like something simple but sophisticated. Not as complex as a full on job board (where you'd have to put in your resume and cover letter and all that crap)...it just needs to be something like "hey we need someone to write this" and someone responds "I can do it." Maybe like an UpWork?

Anyway, eventually it would expand out to other creative professions, so graphic designers, web developers, etc. But all the jobs would be in this one specific niche.

I just have no idea who to talk to to even build something like that. A web developer? A consultant of some kind?
