I'm a merchant selling a subscription based service direct to consumers & some vendors. Thinking about adding an affiliate strategy to my marketing mix.
With all that being said, I have seen so many pros and cons of affiliate networks from the affiliate side of things and not any for merchants specifically. What are some pain points and positives you have experienced? Would you suggest administering your own affiliate program direct to affiliates?
Any feedback or your experiences would be greatly appreciated.
