I work for a digital marketing agency and we are trying to revamp the way we display our value to our clients. The thing with most clients is that they always get hung up over rank rather than the actual goal, which is targeted traffic to their website. We currently do initial and 90 day ranking reports, but most clients do not really care if we show them that their relative position for targeted words slightly improves (ie. average position 15 -->11).
Does anyone have any suggestions for a better way to report on how our SEO efforts are going in order to prove value to our clients?
