I have been looking at gusto.com and they make it look easy. How much money will I be looking at spending in order to hire a part time sales associate? Currently in my business it is me (the sales guy) and my other business partner. I have been telling him I DONT like doing sales and we need to hire someone but every time he doesn't want to. I want to be working on something else, but he swears that I MUST do sales and we shouldn't hire a sales associate. What do you think?
