I have a small web-based company, annual revenue of about 350k. It's been slow, but steady growth, started about 7 years ago. It's owned entirely by me, and I have 2 employees.
Long stort short, things are getting easier. We're well in the black, I'm paying myself a nice salary, retirement, etc.
And now I'm starting to wonder how to protect my company should I pass away or get seriously injured. I've got 2 young kids and a wife, and I'd love for it to not be utter chaos if they have to scramble to figure out what to do with my company.
Has anyone given this any thought? Can you point me in the direction of resources on how to create a plan?
