Hey all!

I am a virtual assistant "expert" and recently did an AMA on "things you should know before hiring your first VA" in r/entreprenuer (and r/smallbiz and r/startup as well). I got a lot of great questions and tons of excellent feedback!

From all of the comments and replies, I got the impression that the SINGLE biggest challenge that keeps business owners from outsourcing repetitive tasks is the the lack of systematized business processes. They are TOO BUSY or TOO MUCH OF A MICROMANAGER to take the time to systematize their tasks and give them off to another person.

I also think a lot of entrepreneurs don't actually know how to do it.

I get this impression as many asked to see my operations manual that holds my processes and cheat codes for putting tasks off onto my VA (and many gave me great feedback about the op manual I walked them through in the video from that AMA).

I have now taken the time to create a new "OPERATIONS MANUAL TEMPLATE" that allows business owners to understand HOW to systematize and organize their day to day, week to week, and month to month business tasks. Building this manual is the CRUCIAL step that allows an entrepreneur to hand off projects to an outside staff (it's really not as hard as you think -- you are doing the work anyway, why not just understand how to record it and organize it.. and eventually even outsource that!).

To test out my template and get some feedback on it's effectiveness, I would like to offer a free consulting session to members of r/entrepreneur. I guarantee that within a short 30 minutes, you will understand how you to set up an operations manual so that you can EASILY delegate 40 hours of tedious work per week to a virtual assistant.

Just a note: I've done this with one other person so far (a close friend of mine who is a few years behind my business), -- at first they were skeptic, by the end they were speechless. I PROMISE it works.. I just need your help refining it)!!
