Company name not showing up Extended Validation SSL Certificate earn by blogging adsense income

I purchased, and installed, an EV SSL certificate on a website. However, the company name is not showing up when visiting the website. Only a green lock and "Secure". Everything was completed and verified with GoDaddy over the telephone.

Any idea why?
