Discrepancy between the number of 404s shown on Screamingfrog and GSC earn by blogging adsense income

I want to see the number of 404s (broken pages) for my client's website but the number of 404s I get on SF does not match up with the number it shows on GSC. Same goes for 301s. Is there always a discrepancy between the two tools regarding certain types of pages? Which is more accurate and why doesn't it match up?
