Facebook AD rant and if somebody could help that would be nice entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Holy Hell, maybe I'm doing something wrong but I'm furious at Facebook right now. This is my first campaign btw.

So I target one group of people (500,000) that also match another category (367 Million) and it says my audience size is 33 million. How? If I'm only targeting 500k people then my max audience size should be 500k right? I'm confused.
