How do you legally get money into or out of a corporation without breaking the comingling funds law? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I do a significant amount of consulting work and I have been advised to incorporate. One of the things that confuses me is the comingling of funds law. How do I get money into or out of the corporation without it being considered comingling of funds? Do I have to pay myself a salary? How does that work of my income is highly irregular (i.e. What if I can't afford to pay my salary in a given pay period because business is slow I or want to get money from a big invoice out quickly)? What do I do if I want to put my own money in to buy something like a new computer for business? Do I have to file a share or bond issuance?
