New to this....how to start a niche drop shipping company. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I've successfully built a physical company from making $8k our first year to $279k last year. Just two workers including myself.

I've gained an intimate knowledge of this industry, and see a huge potential for a simple niche product which has never been marketed the right way before.

Item is small, size of a baseball, and can be ordered on alibaba for $2.50. Retail we sell them easily for $75 but I'd like to set a good price at $24.99 to attract more volume.

This is a product that could be easily sold with some targeted marketing, to the majority of people. It's desirable and it's the one product my company sells that people say 'I've needed this my whole life.' It makes a big difference in people's lives when they get one and we get the most positive feedback on that than anything else.

I have no experience whatsoever with online marketing or drop shipping.......what do I do? I see many multi millions potential here and I wanna do it hard and fast before competition gets wind of it. I want to establish my product and my brand to be associated with this niche first and strongest.

Do I go to China and get them to redesign the product to make it more exclusive-looking for me? Do I buy the product in bulk and package it here myself? Where do I sell it? Do I send out free products for reviews? How do I do this like a master pro.
