Removing indexed pages from Google earn by blogging adsense income

Looking for some help - thanks in advance!

How do you get stuff permanently removed from Google search results (it's mostly junk from my WordPress plugins folder that has been indexed for some reason). I've read that disallowing in robots will just prevent googlebot from crawling (rendering) the page, though it will still index it. Probably too late to add a noindex tag at this point, since they're already indexed huh?

Any thoughts?
