Would someone be interested in a Paid Distribution Platform for Files or E-Books? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi again.

Me an a good friend want to build a webapp that basically allows content producers to easily sell their work to customers.

The content producers will pay a fee starting at $27 + 2% of their income trough the platform. Customers of the producers will pay a fixed price to access the content trough a simple website portal. This will give them an overview of one or more files available to them (an ebook for example in a specific niche).

The content producers themselves will be responsible for promoting their paid content trough their articles or videos.

I'm trying to figure out how I can run Facebook and AdWords ads to target content producers and what it would cost to convert someone.

What do you guys think of this idea in general? Any advice and feedback is very welcome (positive and negative!!).
