Engineers and Consultants: What do you love and hate most about Online Marketplaces? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm about to start (1 week till launch) an online market place for civil engineers and all who work in engineering consulting. There's a strong demand for good talent and good talent are always looking to earn what they are worth.

I want to make sure that I look after both freelancers and clients. If you have worked as a freelancer or hired freelancer what are some of your pet peeves about the whole ordeal? Have any freelancers/clients made you really glad you found them and if so what did they do?
