Reddit! You've never lived in Europe and You have to choose where your distribution in (or close to) EU to ship your popular product from. Which do you choose? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

2. Got drunk and my coffee table fell over, and my phone landed in front of it, and it looked like a massive boombox in my drunken state.

3. 1. 5. - We've been live, selling our unique product for nearly a year now.

4. Negatives - so many... dealing with factories. Positives - Meeting some awesome people who want to share music with the world.

So we'd like to open up a distribution point in Europe to offer our product to the surrounding EU market. We can't do fulfillment or drop shipment because we need a place in the region to repair units under warranty.

Considering we might only need 2-3 full time employees, what country do you think is the best country to have a distribution point in?

Our product weighs 15 Kg so location might be a concern for shipping.

Taking into consideration: Taxes, Location, Shipping Costs, Cost of Labour, Rent

I've been researching Montenegro and Croatia. Does anyone have any thoughts on those two countries and/or direction to what are relatively safe places to have a distribution point, while remaining on a budget.
