Website and DocuSign Question entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey Guys! I am building out my website, everything is pretty simple. The hard part? I need customers to be able to complete an application, sign it via DocuSign/eSign, then drag and drop docs/PDFs (that send to me). A few questions:

1. What should i expect as far as pricing for this part of the build out? (I've built simple websites, nothing with this type of feature)

2. What should i have set up on the back end (sever, data storage etc.)

3. (If you know DocuSign) Do i need their API service?
