Website won't show up on google? earn by blogging adsense income

Hey there,

My work's website won't show up on Google. I don't mean like page 1000 I mean AT ALL. Not on Bing either. Not our address, our phone number, or anyone that works there. A BIG fat ZERO.

I tried using Screaming Frog SEO to crawl it and I'm pretty sure (not literate in this) that everything was ok?

We are not blocked on google.

We have meta tags and meta keywords although most are duplicates.

We are hosted through a website that gives us a subdomain (no choice)

We do not have Google Business listing (trying to fix)

Is there anything more I could look into?

I work for a banking company so I am limited as to what I can do as it has to be approved through compliance.

I contacted a marketing company that helped set up our site and they offered me a back door to get on Google Business (as I'm not allowed to have one, but I'm going to contact home office) for $400.

What do? Any advice?
