Does Posting Jobs on Job Board Websites Improve My Site's SEO earn by blogging adsense income

Hi, I work for a staffing company where we have career sites with job opportunities. If I post my jobs onto Job Board websites, such as Monster.com, would that help my site's SEO. I wouldn't think so because I believe the links from those sites would be nofollow. Please share any insights if you can. Thanks
