No where to put H1 on blog's main page? Is it that important? earn by blogging adsense income

The blog for my company's website doesn't have a H1 on the main blog page. On the actually blog posts I've made the title the H1 (easy peasy) and then subtitles H2s and H3s.

My problem is, there's no real place to put the H1 on the main blog page. I've got the company logo which is an image so no go, then the only other text on there is blog titles linking to those posts. Should I make the newest blog title a H1? Or just not have one? Those are my only two options really - creatives won't change the blog layout.
