Thoughts on starting a sidegig dentist SEO/google ads service? earn by blogging adsense income

Hey, so I've worked in a digital marketing agency focused on SEO in particular for the last 1.5 years. My friend is a dentist and I offered to help him with his SEO and google ads and earned him thousands in the first few months.

I was thinking of doing freelance work in my spare time just in the dentistry area so work can be more streamlined. Does anyone have any feedback on if they think this is a good/bad idea?
