Does anyone know of a good email capturing service? (X-post from r/entrepreneurridealong) entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm currently using ConvertKit to embed forms into the blogpost and on a website - but honestly - ConvertKit's forms REALLY suck in the design department, and some of their forms are HORRIBLE to create and navigate through (e.g., if I want an image on the side of the form). All their other services - automation, drip sequences, tagging - sweet.

But I just want a nice looking form, that I can copy and paste the HTML into my blog post or webpage (I am NOT looking to learn code to do this. I'm a "copy and paste coder") It doesn't have to be fancy. Though I would like control of the Text (e.g., bold and italics) and for 'what I see' to be 'what I get'.

I'm looking for it's replacement. Suggestions? (and tell me your experience using your suggested tool)
