Search Site Lacks Crawlability earn by blogging adsense income

I have a podcast listening website where users can search for basically any podcast that exists and listen to it on my site. I am concerned because SEO wise it isn't really crawlable. You just search for the podcast you want and other than the top 200 I have on my homepage the other podcasts aren't listed.

I have put together a couple hundred thousand of the podcasts that are possible to listen to on my site on my sitemap to help crawling. Other than that is there anything I can do to make sure search engines know of podcasts on my site?
