How to spend a small budget on seo? earn by blogging adsense income

I have a games suggestions website gamessuggestions.com and a kinda small budget - $100-150 per month on seo/marketing?

What do you think is the best to do with this budget?

Currently I spend $50 for my blog editor (blog about similar games). I also plan paying $30 for several YouTube review of my website to get some more publicity at first. And plus support some game developers via Patreon to get some backlinks ($2-3 for support per month). I also spend about $10 on backlinks (though mostly no follow) on quora and etc again for playing publicity.

I post on thematic forums and make some presentations for slideshare and etc.

So overall I have $50-$70 spare budget, what is the most useful way to spend it?
