Do I need to charge my customers sales tax? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm starting an online survey software company and I'm thinking about sales tax. Do I code it in based on the billing address? Also, as far as coding goes, it would be simpler to not charge them any differently and price at a given rate then compute the sales tax based off what would have been the given amount. What do I do?
