2,000+ email subscribers but I have a passion, not a business- Efficiency Is Everything entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey guys,

This isnt the first time I posted here, but the last few times I was asking for webpage advice.

Today I'm looking at the future of my website http://ift.tt/29X4gNW

I have sold ~3,000$ worth of cookbooks and a few dollars of self help books. My biggest excitement is the 200 organic users I get daily + 2000 email subscribers.

I have really enjoyed making content for my fans, and I'd give away my books for free, but I've personally never read a Free Ebook.

However, going forward, I don't know the future of my website.

I make great money at my day job, and my website is topic of fascination for myself. Optimizing Life at home using engineering.

Goals

My number 1 goal is to get unique users on my page.

My number 2, get email subscriptions

My number 3, get free content creation from passionate fans or make enough money that I can hire engineers.

I don't have an end goal, which is a bad thing. I dont have good ideas for making money without selling out. Looking at a new cookbook and this christmas releasing a beautiful coffee table style self help book.

I suppose for the next year, I'd like growth, but my fans don't share(for some reason). I also have difficulty contacting other blogs asking to guest post, I seem to fail and dont get responses.

I don't have any mentors, so I'm shooting from the hip. Wasting money on crappy marketing companies and wasting time trying to grow on social media.

Very general- I NEED HELP topic. Any advice is appreciated, and the more painfully honest the better.
