We're probably about 2 weeks from starting to give access to a small group of friends and family to hop around our site, look to make sure links work, spelling errors, and just general feedback. That part should be easy.
We also have a 200 email list of beta signups which then follow. The site is based in the gaming and Esports market so these people that have signed up are very interested in our website. We want honest feedback from people and we want to encourage feedback from these users. Does anyone recommend any good platforms to receive feedback to make it quick and easy for the users and also for us to receive? I was thinking maybe discord, or facebook? They can obviously email us, but just wondering if anyone had some suggestions that theyve had success with.
Also i want to personally email all of our beta users, giving them a little background info about myself and the goal of the company, and thank them for signing up and also again encourage honest feedback. Eventually we are going to develop our own marketing internal email system, but for now does anyone recommend a pretty easy and free marketing campaign where you can customize it a little bit?
