For example: I start a business tomorrow and it is a paper airplane making business. Can I say "America's Best Paper Airplanes" as a headline on my website? Or another example with a different type of business would be for me to say : "America's Favorite Chocolate Covered Pretzels". Can I say something like that on my website and use it as a marketing campaign? Im sure some would question on what that statement is based, but really how many people would not buy a product because of a statement like that? I would think it would spark an interest in more people than it would cause some to question it. What does r/entrepreneur think?
