This might have been posted before but this seriously has helped me in a major way.
When you are working from home it is easy to get too comfortable and to end up just slacking on your computer or getting distracted by household chores.
To counter this I make sure that everyday I prepare myself and dress just like I would for work. Even if no one is going to see me all day, I comb my hair, put on more 'formal' work wear, shave my face, and slap on my watch.
Personally this does WONDERS in keeping my mindset on being the most productive I can because it focuses me on the work attitude.
