Hello, my girlfriend is a really good baker and a lot of people love and pay for her food, she is selling her baked goods like cupcakes and cakes and cookies and etc. Nothing is required to be cold or refrigerated. She wants to start opening her business to people in other states and counties and such, but doesn't want to break any laws. We live in ohio, she wants to know what she has to do to stay legal and be able to ship cookies and such. Also, dumb question should she open a PayPal to create invoices and pay taxes or because they are food and Ohio doesn't have taxes on food, she can stay away from that?
