I've been asked to be president of a nonprofit entrepreneurial school club. This club are all volunteering students who have the desire to spend hours after/before/during school times to make an impact this world by helping communities around us.
My role is not to command volunteering students on what to do. Rather to help them with anything they need (contacts, assistance) in regards to get their business projects up and running. To be quite honest, although I can talk to people easily I'm fairly quiet and introverted and somehow lack self-confidence (lots of self-doubt or rather instill imposter syndrome).
I would like to know from you guys on what you think is best for a leader to be doing when it comes to their executive team? The executive team in my school club coordinates their own business projects, and the new members help out with the current projects while coming up with their own.
