Got into a partnership and while I love my partners their staff is making it hard entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I have a business that I started a few years ago. About 1 1/2 years ago, we sold 50% of the business to an established company. The established company is amazing and we love working with the owners. However, there are a couple of the people on the staff on their side that seem to be trying to do everything that they can to sabotage the relationship. One of their employees screamed at me the other day when I do not work for them. Their employees frustrations seem to stem from some of them being on salary and viewing anything they have to do on my side as additional work. I don't want out of the partnership as my partners are genuily great people and great to work with. However, I am not sure how to approach them to get their staff on their side to treat me as an actual partner on our part of the business and not just a random person that they think they can force out.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
