Hi everyone. Programmer entrepreneur here. Starting a startup that is doing well, and my business partner and I are getting more serious. We need a bank account in order to collect revenue, and we need an operating agreement in order to get that bank account. LLC is already formed.
I'm trying to find lawyers in the Seattle area and it's tough! This is the first time I've done this. What does r/entrepreneur think, do I need a lawyer to look over this operating agreement? How much should I expect to pay?
