How do I create an online business that can potentially average 6 figures a year? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I already have a solid niche idea but I don't think it's in demand enough to make alot of money in the long run. Plus I don't have alot of money to invest in the business idea since I'm poor and I don't like the idea of taking debt/loans out since its too risky for me. I need money to put in to the business so I can hire people like writers, SEO experts, virtual assistants or advertisers etc. I'm going to start my business small and make my income from sources such as Google adsense, affiliate marketing and digital products. Then advance to drop shipping to then become a fully established ecommerce online business. I just need some information and knowledge if anyone could guide me please.
