Human Resources/ valuing members entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hello!

I'm from a Junior Enterprise (undergrads students that do consulting for under the market prices, to gain experience while still in school).

We have several divisions in the company, 5 groups of people that do outside projects/consulting and 4 others for inside purposes (HR, Marketing, Legal/Finances and the executive board).

The company struggles with motivation for the members, specially the ones who work inside, with recognition for the tasks they complete, valuing their work, because it's not something that gives direct results for the growth of the company, but are fundamental tools for this.

I wanted to learn of policies, rewards, anything that Senior Companies use to make sure their workers are respected and valued for their efforts and work.
