Is it feasible to find people willing to work for equity for a startup that has already launched its SaaS product and received good reception? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I built and launched a SaaS product on my own in about 10 weeks. The product is good, some issues here and there but mostly pretty good.

The SaaS product got 250+ upvotes on Product Hunt and I just recently completed my iOS and Android apps to accompany the web app.

Reason why I say this is to make it obvious that I wouldn't be hiring someone to do all the heavy lifting, but as a startup with no funding and having launched a couple weeks ago, I can't really afford to hire someone using money.

What my ideal scenario would be is to hire a capable fullstack developer, as well as potentially a product marketer to help take the product to the next level. I'd probably offer 10% each vested over a year perhaps.. does that sound fair for a tech company already on the market?

Does this sound possible using only equity? If so, would it be better to find people locally or would remotely work as well?
