Not 100% sure if this is the most applicable sub for my question, but I’m not too familiar with many other business-related subs (so apologies if this isn’t relevant). I know someone who created an LLC not necessarily to conduct business, but more to hold their name in a recent major purchase. The name of their LLC contains the name of a rather large company, and a product they sell. For instance, it’d be like someone naming their LLC “Samsung Galaxy LLC” or “Toyota Car LLC”. Is this not copyright infringement?
