I'm going to keep this short and simple, in the hopes that a few more of you will end up reading this post. I'm looking to build a team, and a company. This is not a pid job! this is a post to recruit partners to build a company from the ground up. If this is something that interests you, please keep reading! What I am looking to build: A digital marketing agency. YES, I am aware that there are hundreds of digital marketing companies out there. I don't give a shit because it does not matter. Talent wins. Especially in the content game. Responsibilities and Duties What I am looking for: Firstly, here are the kinds of people I am looking for: More than anything: you are a hardworking, motivated, hustler. Ideally, you have a full-time gig that you hate. I say this for two reasons: First, because I would like to build a team of people motivated my similar forces. Second reason: You understand and can withstand the long-game. Nothing is easy guys. This is not an overnight project. I want to build something from the ground up- solid foundation with profits being re-invested right back into the business for at least the first 6 months to a year. You live in the US. This is not a must, but for obvious reasons it would be a plus. Okay, that being said, here are the two-three roles I am looking to fill: Sales guy. I will be the prime sales guy (we can talk more about me when/If we end up have a conversation) and I want to build a team of two on the sales front. Essentially, we'll be the team responsible for bringing in accounts. Back end content writers/creators/video editor. Obviously, this is essential for any media company. Video skills are a huge bonus here, but at the very least, you will be comfortable writing/producing content for our clients. I just need ONE partner to start this thing. If you're a sales guy and want to get going, we can- it'll be all hand on deck. If you're a content producer- that can be a solid match as well and enough to get to work. I just can't do both with the time I have outside of my job. I need partners. Again, I kept this post extremely brief.
