I am building revenue model for a freemium SaaS I am designing. The Saas will have a desktop and mobile app accessibility. It is designed for intramural teams to organize and make communication more effective (think Team Snap).
I would like to get an idea of the RPM you think this could achieve. Initially, I'd use a network, Amazon affiliate, or adsense to show sports apparel or ads related to the team's specific sport. I will of course be testing a variety of income streams, but in this planning phase, what do you think would be a realistic RPM for mobile and desktop ads?
The long term goal will be to reach out to brands directly and sell ad space.
