How would I find my customers? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey All,

I currently work for an online video platform (OVP) in a technical role. Think Wistia, Brightcove, Kaltura etc. --- these are OVPs.

It seems weekly, if not more, customers ask for help using our APIs to run custom reports for analytics and other items. These customers range from startup size to Fortune 500. Keep in mind, customers are supposed to understand the APIs and be self service, but this is often not the case.

I've started to think, why don't I just start my own consulting for this or potentially build a SaaS to integrate with these OVPs run custom reports.

My question is how would I target these customers? I've tested out googling keywords, but don't really seem to get any results on companies searching for help with this stuff.

Any insights? Thanks
