Free marketing techniques, what are some free things I can do to drive traffic? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Site is launched, budget is well below zero. What can I do to drive traffic to my ecommerce store that won't cost anything except my time.

I was thinking I could look for potential customers on Twitter and tweet directly to them - ie if someone tweets something like "I sure could use a new 'x' " I could reply to them with a discount code to my site. What do you think?

Any ideas?
