Shipping solutions entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I currently ship an items that weighs .9oz in the Continental U.S. it ships for $4.50 + 2 bucks for a small first class box. Internationally shipping is $23.50 + 2 bucks for a small box. It's imperative I find a solution to lower this cost. Does anyone have an option?
