Choosing the right keyword earn by blogging adsense income

All things being equal, apart from search volume, which keyword would you go for in your Title & H1?

• Fairyhouse Tips (90 searches per month)
• Fairyhouse Racing Tips (40 searches per month)
• Fiaryhouse Horse Racing Tips (10 searches per month)

I'm thinking, is it better to go for the most searched keyword? or can I cover all bases by opting for 'Fairyhouse Horse Racing Tips', as it contains all of the above?
