Beginner at SEO - What are my H1 tags? earn by blogging adsense income

I've just got into marketing and I've been tasked with changing our H1 tags to more "searchable terms". At the moment some of our H1 tags are really long and someone realistically isn't going to use those words when searching on google.. so I'm going to change them.

The problem is I'm not 100% sure if what I think are H1 tags are actually this (and i'm embarassed to not know). I've googled but just for a sanity check please could I ask you guys if the titles I think are H1 tags are exactly that.
