Pages for cart in Search Console are listed as noindex, should they also be set to nofollow? earn by blogging adsense income

In new Google Search Console I can see some pages are listed as noindex. That is fine, these pages are Woocommerce pages (Cart, Checkout, Account in all languages). My question is, do you just let it go as this is only a signal so we can be aware that these pages are set to noindex, or you would also do something else for them, like also set "nofollow" on them or disallow them in robots.txt (is there a difference)?

Also, I am not sure how are those pages actually set to noindex? I am using SEO Yoast and in each of those page settings they are still set to index.
