Do you count "Best" boxes as an organic search result? earn by blogging adsense income

Hi everyone,

I have a super basic question but I really don't know... when counting what position my company ranks for any given keyword, I've come across "best" boxes (click link below for an example of what I mean).

Do you count this "best" box as an organic result when factoring in where your company ranks? In the example below, the title tag "Mac - Compare Models - Apple" would rank #1, "Apple Mac - Best Buy" would rank #2, "mac laptop - Best Buy" would rank #3, and then you see the Best... box. Does this count as #4? Or do you skip it and only count blue links?
