SEMALT Intent to Start Legal Proceedings...Should I Be Concerned earn by blogging adsense income

I got an email from SEMALT saying they want to take legal action against my blog post since I stated how to block their spam visits in Google Analytics. The email looks fishy as the email starts off with FWD and they address me as Sir/ Madam.

They've attached a few documents with al of this legal jargon in it. Should I ignore this?
