Sitemap has affected my Rankings earn by blogging adsense income

Hi,

One of my website Cryptosomniac's Sitemap is generated through Jetpack plugin and developers disabled that plugin few days back, due to that links were not indexing properly and there were few errors and warnings at webmasters tools. I have seen this issue last Friday, discussed with programmer and resolved the issue but we are still facing the problems almost 8 days ago. My top 22 keywords were ranking within top 100 positions which is reduced to 9 now. What you guys think? Is these things matters or it's a penalty from Google?
