What is your lead quality from prospects who find you via Google 3 Pack or organic? earn by blogging adsense income

I used to rank top 2 for web design + state keywords many years ago when I was in design. I'm predominantly paid search nowadays. I'm making a concerted effort to try and rank on Google maps. Back then, I found the quality of the leads were low for organic.
