Local company with irrelevant side business. earn by blogging adsense income

I redesigned a local company website and currently working as in-house at the same company.

Let’s say their main business is selling paints but they are also selling toys (in reality it’s really that irrelevant) and they paid more attention and pushed with ads for a really long time for toys.

Now their main traffic is basically all about toys and users has really less interest in paints.

Currently their selling channels for paints is based on word of mouth, phone calls, drop-ins (quite old local company).

But I want to create strong digital presence and of course in the end generate more sells from website.

Currently this is what analytics shows (homepage):

Page Views: 139 (26.48%)

Unique Page Views: 107 (28.08%)

Avg. Time On Page: 00:01:08

Entrances: 103 (56.28%)

Bounce Rate: 45.63%

Exit: 44.60%

I’m aware that this is not detailed information but I would like to know how can I improve lead generation? Convert users? Generate sells?

I implemented Messenger Chat (currently in beta) and same day it created a lead (but no sell) and it still produces quite good lead generation.

I really need this job and want to make more sells through website.

P.S: Using Wordpress + WooCommerce and spend lot of time on keyword research, competitor analysis and reading posts here and I feel like I’m missing the big picture.
